Recall Summary:
Vehicle description: motorhome chassis equipped with a side mount radiator and hydraulic system. The filter gasket for the power steering hydraulic fluid can blow out due to pressure spikes in the system.
How to Fix:
Dealers will reconfigure the power steering hydraulic system to eliminate the pressure spikes.

Owner notification began February 3, 2000. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact freightliner at 1-800-547-0712.
