Investigations Summary: The office of defects investigation (odi) has received 9 owner reports alleging engine stall on subject vehicles while slowing with the clutch disengaged. The alleged stalling condition occurs regardless of engine temperature. The alleged crash occurred when a stalled cbr250r was struck from the rear by a car.
