One problem related to brake disc pads has been reported for the 2000 Dodge Avenger. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Have only 12000 miles on the vehicle. Had to replace front pads and had rear rotors turned. Informed by mechanic (non dealer) that rear rotors were warped. Unsure if turning will do any good.
