Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The contact stated while driving at approximately 70 mph the vehicle windshield wipers, turning signal(steering colum) automatically shuts on. The contact refers the defects to(NHTSA campaign number: 11v315components steeri also the gear shift is malfunctioning along with the seatbelts automatically detach without warning. The vehicles seatbelt and airbag sensor are also illuminated. The diagnosis were the brakes needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired ( the approximate failure mileage was 170,000 tp.
