Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The contact stated that within less than a year of owning the vehicle, the suspension was unstable as the vehicle was swaying back and forth in the rear causing an unstable vibration near the back seats. The vehicle was taken to more than one dealer and they were not able to provide a remedy. The contact received two alignments and the control arms were replaced and the dealers repairs did not fix the failure. The contact stated that one of the two dealers provided a test drive and midway into the test drive, the vehicle was taken back because of how unstable to suspension was in the rear but provided no solution for the vehicle owner. The contact indicated that the vehicle was unsafe to drive at any rate of speed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no remedy. The approximate failure mileage was 20,000.
