Front Air Bag Sensor Control problems of the 2013 Dodge Avenger

Airbag sensor light comes on, turns off at random, turns back on again. Repeats cycle while driving for entire drive.

My airbag sensor has been on had a mechanic hook it up to the daignostic machine and was told it still had to do with the airbag in the head rest which was already supposed to be taken care of. Now I see there is a recall on the control/ sensor but my care is not on the list. Recall notice air bags:frontal:sensor/control module 12/4/2017 affecting 363,930 vehicles summary Chrysler (fca us llc) is recalling certain 2012 Jeep liberty and 2012-2013 Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger vehicles. A component within the occupant restraint controller (orc) may fail and prevent the active headrests from deploying in the event of a rear-end crash. Consequence if the active headrests do not deploy in certain rear-end crashes, the front seat occupants have an increased risk of injury.
