On November 19, 2021 I was a passenger in the above vehicle, which was owned by my ex-husband. We were involved in a 3 car accident when another car cut us off while driving at the speed of 45 mph (posted), with cruise control set. Upon impact with the 2 other vehicles, my seat (the passenger side seat) broke and threw me forward into the front passenger side compartment. Even though the dash airbags deployed, I suffered a catastrophic injury to my leg/ankle that required immediate surgery---had I not had surgery, I would have never walked again. The above vehicle had to be towed due to being a total loss. When my ex-husband went to the salvage yard to retrieve his belongings out of the totaled car, he and his daughter noticed that the front passenger side seat was broke. The vehicle, I believe is no longer available for inspection, since my significant other gave the title to the salvage yard. There has been a recall affecting the seat restraint pretensioners, however, since I did not own said vehicle, I do not know if this one was included in that recall. According to my ex-husband, there was no warning, messages, or other symptoms of a problem before this accident occured. My whole life was changed that evening. I am facing huge medical costs for my recovery---my hospital bill alone was $186,500. 00! this does not include follow up visits, physical therapy, and all the pain and suffering I have experienced!.

Yggg.
My seatbelts will unlatch whenever it feels like it, the seatbelts won't go in by themselves anymore, amd this all happened after we fixed the recall. Then all in a year the throttle body quit working, the alternator stopped working, it will not keep a charge, and sometimes when your driving for no reason at all the inside lights will dim and brighten. This all happens while in motion except the battery constantly dying even though the alternator and battery are new.
The driver seatbelt gets really loose and there is no way to get it tightened. I have had to sit on it to make it tight enough around my waist.

There was a recall on the airbag system, which I have taken to get fixed. There is a airbag light now flashing on and off and I am too afraid to drive it. When I asked about the dealership ship shewed me away and said maybe it's the wiring, well hell I didn't wire it myself. I want it noted I called about this issue also reported it was told it's not part of the recall. So I guess they wait for something to happen first, then recall it?!?.

Seatbelt on drivers side locks all the way in and does not release. This has happened while car is stationary and in motion (no breaking involved, driving 25 mph). Have got the seatbelt to release a few times and immediately locks again. Is currently locked all the way in preventing the seatbelt from being worn.

Issues with seatbelts which pop out when tension or force is applied on the belt. Passenger seat belt had first started to show signs of failure when the seat belts safety button would unclasp when braking. Now, after some time and usage the passenger's belt does not clasp fully at all and takes a good minute for it to catch. Driver's seat has started to show signs of this as well as when I had to brake hard and when pressure was applied to the belt, the clasp had given way and popped out.
Driver side seat belt does not lock once I put it on. The rest work just fine.

This happened while car was in motion to were I would have had a little traffic behind me. Since Saturday night it's been parked and Monday 10/14/2019.
