Tl the contact owns a 2012 Dodge Avenger. While driving various speeds, the brake, turn signals, headlamps, and parking lights failed to operate. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the totally integrated power module (tipm) needed to be replaced. The vehicle was taken to ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (12430 auto dr, clarksville, MD 21029, (410) 988-8100) where it was diagnosed that the tipm needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: 58562756. No further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 115,000.

Passenger headlight, turn signals, and brake lights not working when is started vehicle was in motion. Have put 5 sets of tires on it in the 4 years owned bought new, check engine light randomly comes on car runs bad and goes to 3rpms the quickly drops to 2rpms and barely goes 40mph and radio goes crazy also happens when in motion.
Right turn signal light failed.
