1 Steering Tie Rod Assembly problem

Failure Date: 08/08/2011

Bought this van used 3 years ago & what a hunka junk!! not only did it have almost every problem listed on the internet (had to replace intake manifold gasket & pan, radiator, electric window "regulator", ball joints, tie rod ends, distributor, steering worm gear & box, plugged catalytic converter, etc, etc) but after $6,000 dollars-worth of work being done, the frame has rusted out to the point that the main steering arm bracket is about to break off & then, I'll lose any & all steering!! I really hope it won't happen going down the freeway @70mph! the garage I had all the balljoints & tierod ends replaced at won't even look at it if I have a problem anymore due to liability because of the rusted out frame! I now have over $10,000 invested over the last 3 years & am "in too deep" to be able to get any money back (except junkyard price of $50!!) since noone wants to buy it since it can't be fixed! I can't even get a metal fabrication shop to try to fix it as they're all scared of "liability" if the repair fails! I now have a fine-running nice van, but one that is unsafe to drive . . . And. . . This is yet another common problem on these vans according to my search on the internet and yet another serious problem that the manufacturer (mopar) refuses to acknowledge or recall as the vehicle is "out of the warranty period"! once again. . . Class action lawsuit anybody????.
