Two problems related to steering gear box have been reported for the 1997 Dodge Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer state while vehicle is in park it automatically jumps into reverse gear. Ts.
Consumer states clock spring does not work in her truck which prevent her air bag, and the horn from working. Consumer states she was told by a mechanic they can fix the problem, but that it might be a recall coming up on this problem, and was told that she could not bring the vehicle in for repair. Ts.
