Tire Tread/belt problems of the 1997 Dodge Caravan

While driving, a noise was heard coming from the rear of the vehicle. The steering wheel started shaking uncontrollably. The driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and pulled over. Failure Date: 05/12/2002

While driving on the highway, passengers side rear tire separated. Model ft70c, dlt# bjkwjnb268, size p215-65r-15. Tire tread damaged rear side bumper molding, tire remained inflated.
