Four problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1998 Dodge Caravan. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The windshield wiper will come on and off intermittently while traveling in inclement weather.
While driving in a heavy a rainstorm, the windshield wipers failed. Dealer notified. The windshield wiper motor was replaced.
Windshield wipers turn on and off. Although problem is intermittent, they don't work when needed. If switch is left on and forgot they start working without being aware that they were left on.
Windshield wipers work intermittently when raining. No recall . Dealer has no remedy, and is doing alot of guessing work.
