Consumer was traveling about 35mph on a two lane road and another vehicle hit consumer's vehicle head-on. Driver's side airbag didn't deploy, and rear passenger's side seatbelt came apart from impact.
While driving at 45 mph rear ended another vehicle. Upon impact, driver's side and the passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.
