Failure Date: 08/25/2003

Left driver side tire tread separated while traveling about 55mph on the highway. There were no sign of trouble visible at this time. Firestone, steel tex ,p18575/r14 dot#vnj7791775.

2 Tire Tread/belt problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2001

Pe00 048; was traveling about 65mph and heard a noise. Was able to pull over to t shoulders of the highway and noticed that that left rear tire tread separated from vehicle. It was second incident affecting left front driver's side tire. Goodyear, conquest, 205 75 r14. Goodyear was aware of problem.

3 Tire Tread/belt problem

Failure Date: 02/07/2001

While driving, right front goodyear weather handler LS tire experienced tread separation, right rear goodyear conquest tire went flat, dot for the weatherhandler tire is mdvfwkhr3700, size of tires were p215/65r15.
