We purchased 4 bridgestone insignia se200 tires in may 2009. Thus far 3 have failed. First, mechanic noted when we took vehicle in for routine balance and rotation. Second, driver noted vibration on highway. Tire replaced 6/4/12. 3rd, driver noted front end pulling, subsequently extreme vibration on highway.
