2004 Dodge Caravan has small pieces of fiber glass coming out of the vents. This problem gets all over the dash. The insulation was coming from the a/c coil covering. The consumer makes a lot of long trips and is concerned about his breathing this for several hours. The consumer experienced the same problem with his 2000 Caravan. The factory replaced the a/c coil under warranty but this did not help the problem.
