The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that while driving, the accelerator pedal stuck. When she applied a lot of pressure to the pedal, it would unstick and then surge forward. The failure was intermittent and the characteristics continuously changed. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The current and failure mileages were approximately 54,000.
The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. While driving approximately 35 mph the accelerator pedal stuck and as he engaged the pedal the vehicle lunged forward and the rmps rapidly increased. The failure has occurred approximately twenty times; however, he was able to control the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who were unable to diagnose or duplicate the failure.
