Electronic Stability Control problem

The check engine light has been going on and off randomly since the car was 3 months old. Purchased new. Told by a dealer in reno and a dealer in las vegas that it was nothing, they could not find a problem. Now after replacing the air conditioner condensor, and a new engine the whole body control module is going crazy. The whole panel goes on and off - abs light, engine check light, air bag light, etc, the speedometer gauges etc--sometimes they work other times they shut down. This is dangerous not knowing your correct speed or if there is a problem with the automobile. Both automatic sliding doors quit a year ago and the lock on the passenger slider door quit working.
