general problems of the 2007 Dodge Caravan

Tl -the contact owns a 2007 Dodge Caravan. The contact was driving at 35 mph, when the vehicle filled with a strong odor of exhaust then the vehicle completely turned off. The vehicle was pulled off to the side of the road only not to start up. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (putman Chrysler Jeep Dodge:3 California dr, burlingame, CA 94010) the technician informed the contact the failure was the catalytic converter which made this recall a recurring failure for the vehicle in question. The contact realized after the vehicle was repaired that the vehicle had carbon monoxide entering the vehicle as well as the floor in the vehicle was very hot to the touch. The VIN information revealed no recalls associated with the VIN. The failure mileage was 128,000. The vehicle was repaired. Nb.

I was driving and my van completely shut off with no warning whatsoever. I quickly put it in park and restarted it. It started fine and seems to run fine.

My car is now getting its third transmission when I have only owned car for two years. I don't know why my car is rejecting the transmission. Was wondering if there was some kind of recall on this car? this could have killed my three kids and me due to the fact we were on a main road driving and then my car just died without any warning.

I pulled into the gas station and filled up the fuel tank. Tried to start the Dodge grand Caravan and it didn't even try to start. I just put in a new battery before the trip, so I had plenty of electrical power, it was acting like it would if you left it in the drive position. Put it in neutral, same effect, back into park, no luck. Pushed it out of the gas pump area, tried again, no spark. I had to have it towed to the service station.

While driving on the freeway at 68mph the back window exploded outwards.

Well I bought this van brand new when it has 32000 miles it broke the front crank seal. I took it to the dealer and has warranty on it they fix it. Now it has 72000 miles and broke again the front crank seal. Right now I dont know what I can do because I dont have warranty on it. I been searching and I found a lot of people having the same problem. If this is the case the dealer should fix this problem for free, because it came bad manufacture problem.
