general problems of the 2007 Dodge Caravan

Driving down the highway at 65mph the automatic side door on my Dodge Caravan opened up automatically. Personal items fell out of the car and were destroyed. My son was seated next to the door. This has happened before at slower speeds and was supposedly fixed.

The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that the door locks constantly failed to lock. He took the vehicle to the dealer and paid $400 to have the issue repaired. He then heard a strange noise while driving various speeds. He took the vehicle to an auto repair shop and they offered to repair the abs for $1,500. In addition, the contact experienced difficulty shifting from first into second gear. The manufacturer has not been notified.
