The contact stated while driving at 60 mph, the front passenger tire blew causing the contact to crash into a guard rail. He was not injured. A police report was available. The police officer who arrived at the scene advised that the blow out was caused by an equipment failure. The manufacturer was not contacted in regards to the failure. The failure mileage was 2,500.
