During an auto accident the ram emblem on my steering wheel shot off of the steering wheel when the air bags deployed and becoming a projectile and hitting me in the neck leaving a deep bruise and abrasions to the area the ram emblem hit. Its been nearly 3 weeks and the bruising is still present and the skin is still red from the injury. Attached and you can even see the ram horns in in neck. This photo taken later that day. 6 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 09/30/2016

I have been getting reports of a recall on this airbag since 2016. And I scheduled to be informed when the parts came in, in order to have it fixed. But when I had asked on another recall that had to be taken place, they said that it was never submitted. It was and I had just checked, it has been submitted to be notified when parts came in September 2016. I just need to get it fixed, and I've been waiting 4 months and told there was no recall on the car when in reality I had submitted one. So im not sure where to go with this.
