In addition, the contact stated that the driver door window independently go up and down. No warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer, located at 900 s brand blvd, glendale, CA 91204, (818) 839-2457, where it was diagnosed the door latch draining the battery and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The approximate failure mileage was 106,000. Aw.

2 Wiper problem

Failure Date: 08/23/2016

The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Challenger. The contact noticed that the driver side window operated independently without warning and caused the vehicle alarm to sound. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
