Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2015 Dodge Challenger

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While driving approximately 30 mph in inclement weather, the contact crashed into a light post. The driver's side frontal air bag failed to deploy. The contact suffered back aches, but did not receive medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The cause of the failure was not determined. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.
