Power Window problem #1

Driverside window mechanism causes scratches on window. Manufacturer stated not a defect. Vehicle has 36,000, out of warranty. Vehicle is taken care of, not abused. Chrysler should fix the problem.

Rear Window Defogger problem #2

2007 Dodge Charger. Consumer writes in regards to reimbursement for repairs the consumer stated when she returned to her vehicle, she was unable to get the gear out of park. The dealer replaced the shifter and cable. The consumer also stated the rear window was damaged due to a defective heating element in the defroster grid. It occurred when the window shattered on November 18, 2011. It was the second time she used the rear window defroster since purchasing the vehicle. The first use was in 2010. She has since realized during that first use, the heating element in the defroster grid malfunctioned through overheating which caused a brown spot on the rear window. The automatic rear window defroster timer failed to take effect causing complete drainage of the battery.
