Vehicle on three isolated occasions over the past week has lunges forward while stopped at a red traffic light, another instance at a stop sign and as of today while waiting in line at a local coffee shop drive through. On each occasion my vehicle was at a complete stop for roughly a minute, my foot was on the brake and suddenly the vehicle began to self rev to 3500 rpm. On all occasions I had to immedialty place the vehicle in neutral to prevent catastrophic endangerment to myself, surrounding vehicles and persons. This condition is a detriment to he safe operation of the vehicle. However Dodge refuses to resolve the issue.

While driving my vehicle the check engine light and the esp bas light turned on and my car went into a mode where it only allowed me to go 35mph and I took my vehicle to a auto shop and the tech told me that he put it on the computer and he advised me that the engine code lost communication with tcm, the trans code read internal control module rom, abs read streering angle sensor not activated. He advised me that I may have to get a integrated control module if this happens again.

The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the throttle body needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. My 07 Dodge Charger r/t stalls randomly causing lost of power and steering wheel lock. Very dangerous on the highway, me and my family could of been killed. I would like this to be a recall as all Dodge dealerships are saying its not a recall. I found on many forums with people dealing with the stall issue on the vehicle the appropriate action is to reflash the power control module, but the dealership refuse and tells me to call Chrysler where they as well refuse. I am getting tired of Dodge this has happen to me about 7 times since my purchase in July 2014. Please help NHTSA.
I was driving down the highway after getting gas when my car cut completely off luckily I was in the slown lane and no cars was coming . I got to crank back up but it drove for a little and cut off again,so I left it there and when the tow guy brought it to my house so I went to test drive it and it worked fine. And I notice when I got gas the next time that it happens when I get gas.
The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Charger. After refueling the vehicle and driving approximately 25 mph, the instrument panel gauges malfunctioned and stopped operating. The pcm, tcm, bcm, and abs sensors illuminated. In addition, the vehicle suddenly began to accelerate and then slow down repeatedly as the driver released the accelerator pedal. The dealer stated that the pcm, tcm, and bcm needed to be updated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unavailable.
This is now the third time the vehicle has stalled while in gear. Galeana in ft myers has serviced the vehicle after every incident. We have been out of a vehicle for an accumulative of over thirty days, had to pay for rentals, taxes, gas to get to and from the dealer and bogus repair costs. The first service charge was that of 500 hundred dollars, which the vehicle stalled a few days later and the techs said the service they had done would not have fixed the stalling!!???what??. They then replaced the relay fuse worth fifteen dollars the 2nd time it was serviced, the vehicle stalled two days after having it back and we were on our way to the hospital in the vehicle! I need this documented because this time Dodge corporate responded in less than twelve hours to galeana to have the car serviced and a main wire replaced and it hasnt stalled since, but now I want reimburse!!!.
When in gear and vehicle is moving, reverse and drive, the vehicle will sieze, causing loss of steering and speed. While this vehicles VIN number is not recognized on the recall list, we have had several recall problems with the vehicle which Dodge did except responsibilty for by paying the repair cost. I want to document that 3 body shops including a certified Dodge dealer cannot diagnose this vehicles seizing problem. This is the fourth time it is going into the shop for seizing while in gear. If someone is injured in this vehicle when it malfunctions I hold Dodge Jeep and Chrysler fully labial for negligence and possible conspiracy of current knowledge of vehicles with faulty equipment and failure to document all such vehicles by leaving their VIN numbers off the recall forms.
It was a hot day over 90f. I started the car. The speedometer cluster did not work. All the lights including engine light, esp, break, traction control was on. I turned the car off and restarted with the same issue. I let the engine warm up and then restarted the car with the same issue. I started to drive home, the instrument cluster did not work, speedometer showed 0mph. I took it to a local mechanic, he told me to re-flash the computer and change the speedometer cluster.

While driving to work the instrument panel gauges and warning lights began to go haywire. The gauges dropped to 0 and the warning lights and bells began to flicker and ring. The fan/heater began fluctuating up and down as well. Early on, this would occur intermittently. Now it is more consistent. It is occurring daily-- more so in the early morning hours. It is quite scary because you have no idea what will happen next. I acquired a video of this event. . Read more...

After filling up at a gas station, the car started stuttering and later on stalled at a red light in the city. Has become this way only after filling up the fuel tank completely, it will stutter and sometimes stall at complete stops. I have stopped from filling up completely to avoid this problem for approximately two years now. It is a 2007 Dodge Charger rt rwd.
