1 Steering Is Tight problem

Tl- the contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the steering wheel was tight and difficult to turn and was making a noise along with vibrating. The contact indicated that the vehicle stalled several times and the contact was able to restart the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to a repair shop who generated a diagnostic code reading for the voltage regulator. The alternator was replaced, the oxygen sensor and a second sensor was also replaced. The contact indicated that the vehicle continued to stall and the vehicle was jerking forward while in motion as if it may stall each time the vehicle was drive. The failure was progressing and happening intermittently. The contact was included in NHTSA campaign id number: 14v567000 (electrical system) and the dealer stated the parts were not available. The contact was waiting for the part and the remedy to schedule the recall repair. The vehicle was not repaired and the contact also called the manufacturer who was not able to determine when the part and the remedy would become available. The approximate failure mileage was 132,000. Dyd.
