2008 Dodge Charger a dept of public safety highway patrol vehicle was on the ohio turnpike to stop someone for a speeding violation when the light bar on the roof of the car became dismounted and caused damage to the roof. According to the police report, the officer found the mounting bolt on the right side had broken into two pieces which caused the light bar to become disconnected from its mount.
