Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the pieces in their transmission are falling apart. The contact was driving at 20 mph the vehicle began to slow down. They had an 02 sensor installed and now the vehicle will not shift gears or go above 35 mph. The 02 sensor light illuminates. The vehicle was not towed. The contact took the vehicle back home. Two local mechanics installed the new 02 sensor and the vehicle remained in a failing status. Today, the vehicle was then to texas Dodge (806) 353-6343 7800 I-40 frontage rd, amarillo, TX 79106. The vehicle was diagnosed and the pieces that are falling out of the transmission are burnt. The vehicle is not being repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the issue. The failure mileage is 160,000 jw.
