The contact changed a fuse and was able to start the vehicle, but the blower motor and defrosted were inoperable. The dealer advised the contact that the wiring harness had failed and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The current mileage was 58,000.
