1 Engine Head Gasket Failure problem

The contact owns a 2009 Dodge Charger. While driving approximately 50 mph, the contact noticed that white smoke emitted from the underneath the hood. The temperature gauge suddenly increased to hot. The vehicle was maneuvered to the side of the road and towed to an independent mechanic. The engine cylinders were replaced due to a defective head gasket. The vehicle was repaired; however, the contact experienced the identical failure on the day it was repaired. The vehicle was towed back to the independent mechanic for the second time where the head gasket was replaced. The failure occurred for the third time and the vehicle was currently being repaired by a different independent mechanic. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 42,000.
