1 Power Steering Failed problem

Failure Date: 02/05/2019

Tl the contact owns a 2011 Dodge Charger. While driving and attempting to turn right, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. In addition, the power steering indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to larry h miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram provo (1825 north university parkway, provo, utah 84604, 801-734-9791) where it was diagnosed that the electro hydraulic power steering failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not covered under warranty for the electro hydraulic power steering repair. The failure mileage was 70,000.

2 Power Steering Failed problem

Failure Date: 03/09/2013

3/9/13 - vehicle in for oil change. Battery saver mode message displayed on dash 2 miles down the road. Pulled over to check owner's manual which states immediate vehicle service required. To airpark Dodge dealership approx 7 miles down the road and power steering failure and then engine stalls while making left turn through intersection. Had both my children ages 2 and 5 in the vehicle at the time and thankfully no on coming traffic during the turn. 3/12/13 - alternator and battery replaced at airpark Dodge. 4/23/13 (35,690 miles) - vehicle back to airpark Dodge for another battery saver mode message. Source could not be found, no repairs made. 7/25/14 (47,900 miles) - battery saver mode message, no dash lights, no a/c, no power steering, no headlights while doing 30 mph. Vehicle to airpark Dodge again on 7/29/14.
