Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the transmission failed on the vehicle. The contact tried to pull off from a light and they heard a loud bang. The contact stated that the vehicle did not accelerate and they were unable to put the vehicle into park. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer stated that the drive shaft had broke between the transmission and the transfer case. The dealer stated that the manufacturer wanted them to send the entire transmission back to be inspected instead of repairing it.
