The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 14v634000 (electrical system), 16v043000 (structure), 16v240000 (power train), and 15v467000 (air bags, seat belts). The parts were not available within a reasonable time frame to schedule the recall repair. The contact called the dealer several times, but the line was not connected to the service center and the call was disconnected several times. The dealer (earnhardt Jeep, 1521 e drivers way, gilbert, az 85297, (888) 294-0643) did not give a specific date for when the part would become available. The contact was unable to determine when the vehicle would be repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and could not provide an estimated date for when the contact's vehicle would receive the recall repair. The contact was not experiencing a failure.
