general problems of the 2015 Dodge Charger

So I checked my VIN # on this website and it still shows that I have these open recalls on my Dodge Charger. Had car accd. Seat belts didn't tied up and air bags didn't come out.

On Feb 15, 2018 at about 2:00 p. M. My vehicle was involved in a collision. My son was driving on a city street, and rear ended another vehicle going about 25 mph. The front bumper was damaged and the front air bag didn't deploy. Due to the extent of the damage I believe the air bag should have deployed. I am looking for help investigating this.

Takata recall.

I got a takata notice in the mail saying I'm a registered owner of one of their vehicles with the takata airbag and my airbag alert is red on my dashboard but there's been no recall. Please investigate whether there needs to be a recall.
