My Dodge Charger shakes when I push the brakes on a down hill or when driving in speed . There is no avs light system on . The brakes have been replaced and so have the routers . Have taken my car to several mechanical shops and everyone says there is no issue yet my car shakes when braked down hill or in fast speed. This is dangerous.

The vehicle was taken to (victorville motors 14617 civic dr, victorville, CA 92394) for diagnosis. The diagnosis was incompletee and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of theis failure and the approximate failure mileage was 15,000 tp.
At around 400-600 miles the car started having issues. Every time I press the brakes you can hear a noise as if the brakes have been wearing out, also when I turn the wheel left or right there is a ticking clicking noise.
