Suspension problem #1

The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the front end of the vehicle started vibrating. Additionally, the contact stated that the front passenger's side tire had sustained a blowout. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front alignment of the vehicle had failed and needed to be repaired. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. An unknown dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 143,000.

Suspension problem #2

When making a right turn at approximately 5 miles per hour the front driver side suspension arm failed catastrophically causing the wheel, brake assembly, part of the suspension arm, and a small part of the frame of the vehicle to break off and roll approximately 75 feet into traffic. This also caused my break system to fail entirely. The week of the incident the vehicle had been driven approximately 120 miles under conditions that would be considered normal for the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated and there were no sounds or signs that failure was imminent. Vehicle is pending inspection from insurance company. Photos available upon request, parts available for inspection upon request.
