Windshield wipers and washer pump motors activated on their own. Vehicle lost all power and smoke came from under the hood. Found under hood power distribution box smoking. Power distribution box melted and caught fire. Wires leading to the totally integrated power module (tipm) green connector at location c were completely burned through the insulation. Tipm melted underneath. Police vehicle.
