One problem related to brake pedal and linkage has been reported for the 1999 Dodge D350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving about 50 mph keeper ring broke. Shaft that goes through brake and clutch pedals came out. This caused brakes to lock up, clutch engaged as well.
