Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2013 Dodge Dart

On 9/23/19 I was stopped at a red light and was hit in the rear and was push into the vehicle in front of me. The force of impact was so extreme my car was totaled and I had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Not even one air bag deployed!!! they say this car has 10 air bags and not one of them deployed. I could have been killed but by the grace of god I wasn't. I want answers as to why not even one of my 10 air bags did not deploy. The entire rear of my car was pushed into the back seat, the front of the car the hood was pushed to the windshield, like I said the car is totaled. If you could see my car you would be asking, why did not one air bag deploy, this is definitely a defect that could of cost me my life!.

Airbag � I was in an accident a few days ago. When I was hit head on, my airbags did not deploy. I also would like to put out there that my car was also totaled and when I was hit I was going 45, and the other driver was going 60. Which is quite a hefty impact for a small car being hit by a lifted 2016 Toyota tundra, and for the airbags not to deploy. I am going to be suing Dodge.

My daughter has a 2013 Dodge Dart and her service air bag system light came on and the seat belt shows that not buckeled when sitting in the passenger seat. Talking with a mechanic this means that the air bag will not deploy and this is a major concern due to the life of my daughter and her passengers . One day passenger seat belt light came on along with service air bag light and have had problems with since. Took to a Dodge dealership and they told me they would not fix it without me paying 1600. 00 dollars. When I did nothing to cause this. I was also 5 months pregnant. Left car at dealership for recalls (south point Dodge dealership in tulsa, ok to had car fixed for transmission recall. Advised service manager that I had looked up vehicle on the internet and saw it had 3 major recalls one for the transmission module and the other concerning the airbags which I expressed great concern with and I asked him to please go ahead and take care of it now since he already has the vecicle there. He told me he would fix all the recalls. We assumed they were done. It wasn't until my sons accident that we learned they didnt fix the airbags. On 12. 28. 2015 my son was in a accident because of ice on highway and the airbags did not deploy. This is unacceptable . He could of been badly injured or even killed. Luckily he only has a concussion. I am attaching a picture for you to look at. Also I was told by the state trooper that there is a video of the accident because it happened right in front of their toll booth with cameras. The oklahoma turnpike authorities should have the video. Here is a picture that the auto body took showing that the airbags didn't not deploy. You can also see that the rebar of the car's frame is pushed all the way up to the motor. Please look into this matter so no one else gets hurt or killed as it could of been my son that day.
