1st incident: drove my girlfriend to work. Came home and parked the car. Went back out and it kept saying gear not found. They had to put a wire on my transmission module, or said I could by a new one. 2nd for about the last year it won't find the gear. Says go to neutral then drive. Sometimes won't go to anything. 3rd. Wipers went on and wouldn't turn off. Sprayer doesn't work. Lady on the phone said the recall was fixed in 2016. But obviously it is still an issue.

I was driving and had my wipers on of course because it was raining and it stopped raining so I went to turn them off but it never turned off. So I took it to the dealer and was told the ribbon inside was broken and that it was going to be over 500$ to fix it. So I looked up the fuse to take it out so it would turn off but turns out there isn't any fuse for it. I'm looking through the internet to see if anyone else had this problem and there are actually a lot of people this has happened to. I believe Dodge should fix this at no cost. It's happening to a good chunk of people.

The headlights have been intermittent since I purchased the car, I ended up having to have both ballasts and bulbs replaced, still experiencing this issue intermittently. It is not something that is a recall or covered under any warranty past 40,000 this car has 50,000 and I'm already going to have a computer module replaced as it controls the headlights this will not be a cheap repair. This should be a recall as many Dart owners are experiencing this issue. The fog lights are the only forward facing lights I have that work at times, stationary or moving, other times it's one or the other,.

I am told that the wiper switch is bad and it costs $852. 00 to replace if you can find one and then Dodge wants $400. 00 labor to install this part.
As soon as you put the key in and turn the vehicle on to acc the windshield wipers are always on. Sitting still or moving.
Driving approximately 25mph when the wipers turned on without me turning them on, full speed, and refused to turn off. Took it to the dealer where they told me it was the control switch which can only be purchased at a dealer, very expensive part.
My car is currently drivable however I recently found out that I need the oil pressure monitor replaced along with the wiring in the steering system due to oil damage from the oil pressure monitor being broken. The radio and rear view camera also need to be replaced. These are too many issues for a fairly new vehicle. Apparently there have been numerous changes complaints about this vehicle but I'm continuously being told that there are no recalls despite ongoing issues with the vehicle that have to deal with manufacturing issues. The radio started malfunctioning over a year ago. The windshield wipers/oil pressure switch issues have only been happening approximately 2 months. The rear view mirror stopped working today. The car has also has issues stall no, not starting, and cutting off while the car is stopped for about a year now.
As I was driving down the highway the windshield wipers suddenly came on and now will not shut off, change speed, or release wiper fluid. Any time the key is on, the wipers are running. The wipers are now a distraction, as they are constantly in motion. I can also not turn them on a higher setting when it is raining heavily.
Windshield wipers will not turn off. I started my car. I turned on the blinker to turn left and the wipers came on. The wipers on low. I stopped my car and attempted to turn the wipers off, but they would not shut off. The sprayer would not work also. Took the car to the dealership the bcm and module needs to be replaced. $1000 charge.
Vehicle needs to be approved for recall concerning (multifunction switch) which is the windshield wiper controller as its communicating cables are too fragile to work under regular turning signal usage as cable within component gets pulled by it's own regular motion at usage. This causes the cables within the switch to get cut and broken making it to break completely. Because the part is not being produced by mopar the part is not found as Dodge dealers make you wait in line next to 400 other Dodge driver owners in order to get the part (when they start producing the part) which there has been no confirmation of being produced by mopar.
Windshield wipers will not turn off. It was raining the morning, I started my car. I turned on the lights and the wipers. The ran slowed so I turn my wipers on low. I stopped my car and attempted to turn the wipers off, but they would not shut off. The sprayer was would not work also. Took the car to the dealership the bcm and turning signal module needs to be replaced. $1400 charge. I have only had this car for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 years. It was considered brand new when I bought it with only 3,000.

My windshield wipers run constantly when the vehicle is on. The wipers do not engage while on remote start. I went into the unconnected and turned off rain sensing module. The wipers continued to run at a slow speed. I used the windshield wiper lever to turn off the wipers. However, my wipers continued to run no matter what interval I used. My car will not dispense washer fluid with the use of the lever. I did check to ensure washer fluid tank is filled with washer fluid recommended for my vehicle.
Windshield wipers stuck in on position. Turn on and off intermittently. Wipers caused a permanent streak on windshield obstructing driver view from oncoming traffic. Happens while driving.

It was rain and turned the windshield wipers on. When I got home I went to turn the wipers off they would not stop I took to the dealership and the want $800. 00 to replace the part can be found online for way cheaper. This is an insane cost for a car with multiple issues. There should be a recall done on this problem. Dodge had made a lemon of car. This is not the only problem I have with it.

The "stick" device that controls the wipers & window solution, just went out on my car. The whole part needs to be replaced. It's going to cost between 600-700 to fix. My car only 3 years old & has 35,000 miles on it, but is out of warranty. When I spoke with the mechanic about the repair he stated that Chrysler/Dodge has modified this part at least a dozen times because of failures. However, no recall has been issued. I think Dodge should cover the repair costs.
Driving on i80 @ 65 mph in the middle lane when the driver's side window imploded. The entire window ended up in my lap. There was no impact by rock or any other item.
The car shakes very uruptly at idle. You can look at the engine and see it's shaking at idle. If you turn the air conditioner on it gets worse. Radio screen will not work sometimes. Blue tooth will work then cut off then turn back on when it feels like it. Automatic headlights work then randomly not work where I have to turn them manually on. Wipers do the same as the headlights but to correct the issue for the wipers it takes turning off the car and turning it back on and out them on low. Engine will die randomly while driving the car at any speed. Gps will not load sometimes. The back up camera works when screen works but also fails when screen is working and while backing up. During take off the car will stall like no gas then it will go like it's getting gas. During cold it shifts really rough like your using a standard slamming it in gear. I have also has 2 misfire in 2 different cylinders. One was a coil pack the other was supposedly a loose connection. Took car in for all this and dealer said if their is no check engine nothing they can do even though they feel the car chair and can see the engine shaking. They tell me to come back in when light comes on. Light switch has been replaced and still faults. Ecm and tcm habe been reprogrammed multiple times and problems still consist.
Placing sun guard up on the dash. When flipping down the sun visors to hold the sun guard in place, the passenger side visor broke and dropped right out of the roof and dangling by wiring harness. Due to the random broken component, the visor cannot be safely up and is visible distraction to the driver when checking the passenger side blind spot.
Check engine light was on. Dealership technician was able to perform diagnostic procedure that called for a software update for camshaft pos. Sensor and evap leak.
I want to report that the wipers can not clean the windshield properly. If you try to drive through a torrential rain the windshield is wet, even in the highest speed. And also the windshield (glass) absorbs the dirty , oil, etc, so it is very complicated to clean with the windshield cleaner or other products that are specific for this purpose.
