Air Brake Antilock problems of the 1999 Dodge Durango

1. Brakes -the brakes are wearing out too fast, and when new brakes are put on, they make noises. On the right passenger's side. 2. The passenger side lower a frame ball joint broke while driving. There were no indication that there was a problem. And there is no recall for this problem.

After pulling out of a driveway, vehicles in front of me came to an abrupt stop. I stepped hard on the brakes and 4wal abs brakes did not work. I was only going about 15 or 20 mph.
