Front Seat Belt Retractor problems of the 1999 Dodge Durango

Driver's side seat belt retractor malfunctioned. Recall 01v119000 was issued; however, this vehicle was not covered under the recall due to VIN.

Driver's rear seat belt will not retract from retractor. Dealer notified . Feel free to provide any further information.

Consumer is unable to have vehicle repaired under recall 01v119000 for seatbelt retractor due to parts not being available until further notice.

Dealer's only replied was that they did not get to it. Seeking assist from NHTSA in this matter. Feel free to provide any further informaton on this matter.

Seat belt retractor on driver's side is sticking, and on passenger's side is completely jammed. Whole unit has to be replaced. Bumper to bumper waranty doesn't cover the problem.
