Three problems related to side/window air bag have been reported for the 1999 Dodge Durango. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When driving at 30-35 mph and upon depressing brake pedal to make a normal stop consumer noticed a loud noise, brake pedal got very hard, making it very difficult to stop which caused an accident. Dealer foud nothing wrong with the brakes. Also neither driver's side nor passenger side air bags deployed.
When putting the truck into reverse driver's side air bag deployed. Customer was injured. Manufacturer was contacted, and did not reply to this incident/injury.
The driver side air bag deployed partially. The passenger side deployed fully, as a result the passenger and driver received head injury's and broken legs. Please describe further.
