The consumer complained about a transmission problem. While driving the consumer could feel the vehicle pulsate. The vehicle would act as if it was kicking in and out of gear. The problem is with a band that is breaking off because the lining has detached. The problem started in January 2005. When the consumer took the vehicle to a dealership they had to rebuild the whole transmission.
Consumer stated that vehicle will not shift into gears when starting up the vehicle. Ts.
Brake rotors were warped and were resurfaced/ replaced. Transfer case went out due to making noise from metal chips. Vehicle was being repaired.
