Failure Date: 08/01/2018

Tl- the contadt owns a 2002 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the vehicle was stalling with no warning and had failed to restart intermittently and at times it may start. The vehicle was not inspected and diagnosed by a dealer yet. Twice the vehicle was towed to a repair facility who had replaced the crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor and an ingnition switch. After the vehicle was taken back from the repair facility it had failed to start. The independent mechanic had been unable to get a dtc reading due to no codes and indicated that the pcm or tipm may need to be replaced. They had also indicated that the wiring harness may need to be replaced however the part was no longer in production for this year, make and model. The manufacturer was notified of the failure to determine if they may be able to provide a permanent fix from an authorized dealer. The approximate failure mileage was not available. Dyd.
