On or about November 14, 2002, raymond nottnagel was severely burned by a seat heater in the driver's seat of a 2002 Dodge Durango 4x4 r/t, VIN: 1b4-hs78z72f-139578. Mr. Nottnagel is a paraplegic. The seat heater apparently did not turn off after reaching a normal temperature and reached a sufficient temperature to cause a 3rd degree burn.
