- the contact owns a 2003 Dodge Durango with a current and failure mileage of 34,500. The contact was driving at 60 mph under normal dry conditions when the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that when the stalling occurred all of the instrument panel lights turned on, and the door chime started to buzz. The contact was able to pull to the side of the road without a crash. Since the stalling the windows failed ,they did not go up or down, the windshield wipers and headlights worked intermittently. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer, and the dealer could not tell them why the failure occurred.
