Wheel problem #1

Tl-the contact owns a 2004 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 55 mph, a loud bang came from under the front driver's side of the vehicle. The front driver's side tire detached causing the vehicle to veer off of the road and crash into several trees, rolled over three times and land on the passenger side without warning. The air bags did not deploy. The driver's left arm was injured and required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a local garage where it was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number 14v817000 (air bags). The failure mileage was approximate 160,000. Sg.

Wheel problem #2

At 93000 miles wheel indicator light stays on replaced tire at normal time to change,but light does not go out. . Also having other inside problems, engine is making bad noises, wipers don't work half the time ,air conditioner not blowing cool air even having it fix with freeon ,center panel over heats. Air bag light come on and off while driving with no one else in truck.
