I brought my vehicle to an phoenix az dealership off of black canyon highway or I-17 on camelback for airbag safety recall and interior lighting recall and any others needed. When I dropped it off initially I parked on lot by the garage inc front of the rental car business directly in front. I exited my vehicle walking up to repair garage to make sure I could drive into it for recall repair. I walked back opened my driver's door and sat in the seat. (legally able to safely driver by entering through the driver's door) I drove it up there. Upon arriving after they provided the airbags recall, moved my dome light which was located on driver's door module that also has other functions,(moved to another module preventing an interior fire on long trips which I was moving for a job to audubon mn that next few days) and I was unable to enter the vehicle by my driver's door. I had to physically crawl in the passengers side of car over the middle area and drink holders to squeeze my legs under the steering wheel. They informed me it was like that. I requested the video from rental employee mgr or person in charge and he stated "it would be like finding a needle in the haystack". It happened that I also sat for over 3 hours till close there, had a mgr request 2 inspections from his men, filed a complaint, talked with several reps and all before I left the lot. Also I had a tire light on my dash, and others that I find out are all connected to the module the dome light used to be attached to. While leaving my door locks were going up and down like they were a possessed pissed of psycho spirit , my steering wheel didn't lock anymore, and I decided to wash my car in a car wash which almost got me a rear end incident from the car behind me because my 2004 Dodge Durango suddenly shut off. I was scared and my heart dropped down through me bottom like being pulled over for a ticket by the police would. So it decided to rain. Oh my gosh. If mn wasn't a rainy place I wouldn't be so.
Airbag warning dash light comes on intermittently. The takata airbag recall has been corrected, but the light still comes on. This warning light first appeared on, or about 6 months ago. I have not taken this vehicle back for dealer to re-inspect the issue. The obvious concern here, is whether or not the airbag will fail, when needed, or the airbag might deploy inadvertently.
Takata recall and electrical interior lights stay on dimmer don't work needs cluster replaced dealer says that it may not be available after keeping my car for 5 days as of today 12 -31-18 they say they can't give it back to me because of the electric recall!?.

The transfer case will make noise when unlocking the doors, it will also engage and change the awd by itself to 4lock when driving on the road. It can cause seriouse hard or accident. The airbags on both driver and passenger side light will engage and can cause seriouse harm. The fuel pump seems like it has an air bubble inside and shoots out gasoline and also can cause seriouse harm. All of these problems occurs when the vehicle is in motion and stationary. Please fix!!! recall!!! you have to hear the noise and drive when it happens.
Called dealer on 10 or 12 times in zip code 30067 over pass 2 years to take care of recall never had parts, always asked me to call back ask me to pay for airbag recall then apply for someone to sent me money back. All the written docs I have received from tk holdings inc it clearly states free repair replaement of airbag.

Takata recall. I contacted the closes dealer in regard to recall r25. This dealer is twin rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge, 529 w court beatrice, ne 68310. I was told that they could not get to this recall for 1 to 1. 5 years. This dealer is approximately 30 miles from me. I called a dealer further away, approximately 70 miles. They told me I could schedule the repair for tomorrow. I did schedule this repair for a week and half away with this further dealer. It is ridiculous that the close deal for some reason can not do the repair in a reasonable amount of time yet one over twice as far away can do it basically immediately.

Takata recall. I brought my Durango in to the dealer for the takata recall. They told me the work was done. They mailed me a receipt. Unfortunately, it appears that they transposed the last two digets of the VIN. Therefore, my vehical shows the recall not done and probably some other Durango being done. I have contacted both the dealer and Dodge corperate. As of now, I don't know if my vehicle was fixed! contacted Dodge corperate 5/27/2016. Their reference data reference number: 29362417 email case number: 3341077.

Recall.
I have been waiting for mine to be replaced for a very long time! I finally got a call for an appt at a place 25 minutes away to fix my airbags then when it was about time for my apt they called and said they ran out of parts and would call me when they got more from the company. That was a very long time ago and still no word. I was told that this isn't really a recal that it has actually never happened to anyone so I shouldn't worry about this recall. The first call was in Feb after I had called months prior to get an appt they made me an appt for March then called before it to tell me they had no parts.

I am merely reaching out to you due to continuous ads about recalls on my particular make of automobile. I would like to know what the proper procedure would be to get the housing and/or airbag replaced?.
I have contacted Dodge about the airbag recall and all they tell me is the parts are not available for this vehicle and keep pushing back the date they say it will be available. What the use of having a vehicle that can potentially be dangerous for my family and I this has been going for a little while now how are they not force to fix all the vehicles right away. Is it because its an american vehicle and not foreign vehicle smh.
